hi this is a long story cause Julie has had to post bail 3 times. My name is Tom Bair her finance. The first time she got arrested she called me from the court house holding cell. because of her son being in trouble a few months before … More I had Friends n family phone number so I gave them a call and told them about Julie and could they get her out ASAP cause we have 4 children at home. Sam was very confident that he could have her home in about 4 to 5 hours with going thru the process.. The second time Julie got arrested for retail theft I didn't even know where she was when she didn't come home on time. Knowing Julies background I decided to give Sam a call to see if he could find out if she is in jail again. Yes she was with a higher bail! This time it would take longer because now she was already transferred to berks county jail and the bail was higher. Sam told me to relax and he would have her home by morning which he did. He picked her up and delivered her to our home!! YThis being all new to me. I figure Sam thinks I was a pain cause I would continue to call him to see if he found her. What a great person Sam is and a fantastic personality and he understands what you are going thru. Now the big one!! the third time was awful!! Again I did not know where she was and called Sam. Yes he found her in berks county jail. the bail was much higher being that this is Julie's third time. Sam was having trouble getting an underwriter to back him since this was her third time and they were afraid she would skip out. he even asked me to make a few calls to help out. After hours of stress I would think on both our sides, Sam said look I know you people I know its been rough I know Julie is a great person and I got to know your family I will do this on my own and stick my neck out for you guys. I so much well Julie and I appreciate how Sam knows that people get in a tight spot and this was all because of heroin that she had all this trouble and we thank Sam so much for believing in us even in the beginning when he knew nothing about us. I would definitely consider Sam as a family man and great friend. He has a job to do but he also understands people and wants to help them as much as he possibly can. Thanks Sam and God bless.
